We thank God for our blessings, rejoice in the blessings of others, and live a life of gratitude.

- Reflecting on how everything comes from God;


- Meditating on how not to be upset at the troubles in our lives, but bearing all things patiently.

- Be able to pray this in solitude AND in a group setting

- Be able to thank God for your trials and difficulties, 

seeing that "all things work together for those who love God". Romans 8:28

The highest form of prayer is the mass. In fact, the word "Eucharist" means thanksgiving.

Work towards assisting in the mass, and reach out to someone when the Holy Spirit moves you.

Not only is it pleasing to the Lord,

but it also helps frame our

own minds. An "attitude of gratitude" is a virtuous thing.
